Job Description:
Strong business development skills required with demonstrated success in identifying and building referral sources. Proven ability to motivate and manage a team of regional associates. Excellent communication skills and ability to operate at a high level independently and effectively. Consistent ability to achieve assigned objectives on monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Moderate travel required. Positions reports directly to CEO of Idaho Educational Services. Salary will be determined by education and experience. Full-time year-round exempt position with excellent benefits package.

Job Requirements:
B.S. Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; experience with mental health/treatment organizations.

Facility Information:
Ascent is a life-changing wilderness intervention for troubled teens. Ascent provides a 42-47 day therapeutic adventure program for adolescents 13 to 17 who are experiencing moderate emotional and behavioral difficulties and has an 80 bed capacity.
